I’m Hoda, an instructional designer and training professional who helps organizations design learning experiences that lead to real performance improvement. With a background in engineering and educational technology, I bring both structure and creativity to corporate training — ensuring learning is practical, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
My story
I work at the intersection of learning design, facilitation, and workplace performance. Over the years, I’ve designed and managed training programs for corporate and operational environments, where clarity, relevance, and application matter. My approach is shaped by hands-on experience working with adult learners, subject matter experts, and leaders — translating complex content into learning experiences that people can actually use on the job. I founded Learning by Hoda to support organizations that want training to go beyond information delivery and create meaningful change.
