Empowering Leadership

💬 A few days ago, someone asked me: “As a team leader, how do you empower your team members?”
💡 My answer often surprises people.
Unlike many leaders, I don’t always assign tasks based on strengths alone. Instead, I intentionally give team members opportunities that challenge their weaknesses.
🌱 Why? Because that’s where real growth happens.
By creating a safe space to learn, practice, and stretch beyond comfort zones, people build confidence and capability—not just in what they already do well, but in what they once avoided.
🤝 My role doesn’t stop at assigning the work. I stay close: offering support, guidance, and feedback along the way.
✨ Empowerment, to me, isn’t about protecting people from challenges. It’s about trusting them through the challenge—and walking alongside them as they grow.
